
Agora is a social network focused on enhancing the knowledge, talent and ideas of university. The project is global which requires a broad vision to create value for customer and collaborating agents and users of the network.
Task and challenges:
— Conceptualization of new digital projects and services in different formats (mobile, web, etc.), with a user approach(user experience – UX).
— Coordinate teams, conceptualize and conduct communication campaigns for users according to their different interests.
— Social media campaigns worldwide.
— Strategy design, monitoring and analyzing Agora community and their social networks.
— Management and monitoring of the grants process, users and communication with the client.
— Continued innovation by finding new services, actions and initiatives appropriate to the project through benchmarking and insights.
— Integrating new projects on the ecosystem of the network to improve customer value.
— Establish KPIs and design the overall strategy to measure and evaluate services achieving objectives.
— Research and document by dossiers and ppt.
— Contact with client.
