III Chancellor meeting Universia Rio
The III Encounter of Rectors Universia Rio 2014 is a space for debate and interaction so that any member of the academic community can reflect on the development of the Universidad Iberoamericana del siglo XXI. The project was organized as an expanded, hybrid and continuous event that made available to the university community a digital space in which to talk about the university in different digital activities: Oxford debates for rectors and experts; Oxford debates for students, staff, professors and university government; proposal of ideas and good practices; webinars with students, associations, rectors and experts in all Latin America; tweet-interviews, competitions, digital content, newsletters and activities of engagement in social networks, among others.
The functions in this project have mainly been:
— Conceptualization and design of digital interaction spaces based on the user ( UX ).
— Engagement of the community action planning, contact and conducting webinars, digital creation events, networks insights.
— Information management, content creation and contact with principals, experts, academics, researchers and students.
— Given the specific nature of the target, the project required special attention to simplify workflows and create digital dynamics for non-native.
— Interaction and coordination with a multinational team.
