I am creating a chatbot who teaches how to create bots for online courses.
Challenges and tasks:
— Understanding the chatbot ecosystem.
— Researching bots in educational environments.
— Designing and prototyping the bot: personality, conversational design, bot’s journey.
— Developing the bot in Google’s software, Dialogflow.
— Creating website, contents, social media and brand identity.
The process of building a bot requires knowing the current framework of the bots in educational environments, conversational design, tools and software to develop the bot and publish it. Therefore, I am documenting the project at here. The final goal is to generate material and select resources to form a course aimed at teachers, HR workers or curious so that they can create their own bot that meets the demands of students and students of educational forums.
